Q: How many URLs can a person shrink with your service?
A: An unlimited amount of URLs we don't have any limit.
Q: What kind of sites do you not allow to be used?
A: You are not allowed to include any adult content, illegal conten or anything that is strictly prohibited according to our terms of service .
Q: Is it possible to remove the advertisment from a FREE member URL that has been shrunk?
A: Yes we offer an upgraded membership PRO or Executive (COMING SOON!) by upgrading your account you will remove the advertisment that is showed.
Q: Do you have a privacy policy?
A: Yes any personal information you give us will not be shared with anyone whatsoever! More info can be found here.
Questions regarding referrals
Q: Does a member earn commission if someone is upgraded due to their
membership with another site's special promo offer?
A: Sorry no, referrals are earned with new paid Upgraded members only. Free upgrades and
promos are not eligible.
Q: I became an Upgraded member free because I was qualified through another site's special promo offer. Do I still earn commission on any Upgraded member in my downline?
A: Yes, Your upgraded status, whether paid or not, means you are a full fledged Upgraded member with all the features that come along with this including the referral bonus for as long as you maintain your status with the promo offer that made the offer.
Q: How do I get referrals do you have some promotional materials I can use?
A: Yes. You can find Your Referral Url along with other promotional materials by logging into the member's area
and clicking on the Promote TheMiniURL link.
Q: How much does the Upgraded membership upgrade cost?
A: Currently we have one membership upgrade type which is PRO and the cost is $5.95 per month.
Q: How can I pay for my Upgraded membership?
A: We accept paypal and AlertPay

Q: How does one go about requesting payment?
A: From within member's area click "Withdrawul" and fill in the required information. Please be sure to give accurate infomation we are not responsible for invalid payment information!
Q: How much is the minimum amount I must have to be able to request payment?
A: Free members can request payment upon reaching $35.
Upgraded members can request payment upon reaching $20.
Q: How am I paid my earnings?
A: We pay members via paypal and AlertPay.
Q: How soon am I paid after my request?
A: Please allow up to 7 business days to receive payment, however it is usually much sooner than this!
